Strawberry Necklace

Oxnard is a major producer of strawberries and every year we have a Strawberry Festival, this year it is on the weekend of May 18th and 19th, 2013. So I made this necklace, crocheted and beaded strawberries, crocheted blossoms on a #3 red thread.

Two Sea Friends

This little whale and crab were both improvised by me, I added a sailor hat to the whale and maybe I'll add a crown to the crab like my niece did, or maybe a sand pail and shovel, she needs something.

Solar System Toddler Jacket

I crocheted all the planets and a star and comet for the front. No, there's no Pluto, but the dwarf planets would be too small to crochet anyway.

I made this dolphin from a pattern by Sonja Hood (Crochet Magazine July 2010) and then improvised this t-shirt applique'. Cute pair!
