Rose Necklace and Chokers
I crocheted some roses in various sizes and put them on thread crochet chains. I need to do some more in more colors!

Tote Bags!
I made some strawberries like the ones I put on a necklace(they're 3D), then made the blossoms and leaves and sewed them onto a pink tote bag. I also had a light blue tote bag, so I made a whale and though it was flat, I stuffed it as I sewed it onto the bag, in a sort of bas relief. I added some waves and a heart shaped blow hole spray.

New toddler colors
I dyed some items orange and teal. These are the first things I made from them, an orange croc tee and a bluebird onesie. Both are available at Downtown Sol.

Las Senoritas
I made a pretty senorita doll for the Rebozo Festival in Camarillo. Downtown Sol is submitting a basket for a charity auction or something like that and they asked me to donate something for the basket. Then I had an inspiration to make a Frida Khalo doll. I have admired this artist for a long time and I was happy to discover that she is also very popular with the women artists of Oxnard. I am super happy with both of these dolls and couldn't help feeling like playing with them while taking photographs of them.

New things for the shop this week
This week I made some replacement items for things that sold at Downtown Sol. I also thought I would add a couple new colors to my kid's clothing line so I dyed some things teal and orange, the idea for the colors came from a friend who is expecting, (thanks Nicki!). I'll post some pictures of those after I have finished adding designs to them.
